Sauvignon Blanc Venezia DOC

A wine with an intense straw yellow color. It has a broad and pronounced bouquet, with hints of wild flowers, ripe melon and peppers. On the palate it is savory, slightly acidic with a bell pepper background; mild-bodied. Excellent with fish. It also pairs well with delicate soups and risottos with wild herbs.
