Barbera D’Alba DOC Parroco – 2010/2015

This wonderful deep ruby red coloured wine with slight garnet hues has an expansive bouquet hinting at underbrush. It tastes well rounded with a very elegant, long, soft finish. This means it will give any meal great balance, pairing well as it does with a wider variety of foods ranging from typical Piedmontese antipasti and risottos through to red meats.
