VINIFICATION: Drawing off of the must after a few hours of maceration on the skins. Fermentation and aging in steel tanks.
SENSORY PROFILE: Soft pink color, of medium consistency. On the nose elegant floral notes of geranium and fruity scents of wild strawberry. Pleasant drink with distinct acidity that makes it fresh and savory flavor decided. Persistent with returns of fruity sensations in the final mouth.
COMBINATIONS: Light summer appetizers, sea and lake fish. Try it with pike in a sauce with polenta.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 8-10 degrees
An organic wine produced from Bardolino D.O.C. grapes and vinified as a rosé wine with only minimal maceration with the skins. It has a rosé colour, a fruity bouquet and good body, is dry and very slightly bitter. Serve at 10°C. This wine is ideal as an aperitif and goes well with all kinds of dishes including fish.
